맞아 그 때였어
아버지 일을 돕다가
저 멀리서 구름이 다가왔어
어디서 왔는지는 몰라
하늘 너머인지
바다 건너인지
두 볼이 맞댄 곳에서 왔어
구름은 하나가 아니라 여럿이었어
한 곳에 머물지 않고
여러 곳에 떠 다녔지
구름은 뜨거운 햇살은
가려주고 그리고
산 너머로 사라졌어
구름은 이렇게 오곤 했데
아버지가 그러셨고
많은 사람들이 봐 왔어
구름이 언제 오는지는
아무도 모른데 나도 몰라
하지만
구름을 본 사람들은 알아
하늘에 구름이 없어도
바다에 구름이 안 보여도
구름은 저 너머에서
눈으로 볼 수 없는 곳부터
바람이 부는 곳부터
조용히 오고 있어
